We are extremely proud to release our first batch of whisky from our original barreling in 2013. This has been aged in a bourbon cask until 2023 where it was decanted and prepared for bottling. As we can’t guarantee the exact date of barreling, we have labelled this as no age statement (N.A.S).
Despite this, we consider this a rarity of Australian whisky’s as it has spent around 10 years in the barrel, absorbing the flavours inherent in that cask.
Simply named “The Vision” this bottling represents our vision for the future. Creating distinct, individual whisky bottling’s that are approachable and able to be appreciated by all. Our goal is to create releases that anyone can start their whisky journey with.
This release includes 182 bottles, individually numbered and hand dipped in wax. Please contact us directly if you wish to reserve a specific bottle number.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Vanilla, stone fruits
Palate: Warm, tasting of toffee and hints of fruit cake
Finish: A long feeling of spiciness with a warm heat, touches of muesli or cereal
