Dubbed “The Vision”, our first release celebrates the launch of Three Realms Distilling and our belief that we are creating Whisky’s that can be appreciated and enjoyed by all.
Three Realms, Infinite Discoveries
A couple of mates took a chance on a few barrels of whisky in 2013. This, combined with a dream to create whisky that could be shared and enjoyed by all, led to the founding of Three Realms Distilling.

This batch has been described as being very “Australian”. Featuring intense oak and tannic flavours.
Born in Tasmania, Evolved in Sydney
The first batches were distilled and barreled in Tasmania. One day, treachery occurred, and the precious whisky had to be rescued. The spirit sought refuge at Belgrove Distillery where it was kept safe through the chaotic times of COVID.
Fast forwarding to 2023, the barrels took the next step in their journey where they travelled to Otter Craft Distilling in Sydney. Here, they’ve undergone an evolution into Batches No. 1, 2 and 3. Each of these batches represents a whisky that is defined by it’s character and carries an invitation to contemplate and appreciate.
The original barrels have now been refilled and will continue the story of Three Realms. New barrels have also entered the fray and we look forward to sharing these new expressions with you as they reach maturity and a level of quality we find ourselves being proud to share with you and the world.
