Fruit, honey, waxiness on the palate with a sweet fruity aroma. This whisky carries a mild heat and sharpness on the finish.
We are extremely proud to release our first batch of whisky from our original barreling in 2013. This has been aged in a bourbon cask until 2023 where it was decanted and prepared for bottling. At an age of approximately 10 years this bottling forms a rarity in Australian whisky’s.
Simply named “The Vision” this bottling represents our vision for the future. Creating distinct, individual whisky bottling’s that are approachable and able to be appreciated by all. Our goal is to create releases that anyone can start their whisky journey with.
This release includes 182 bottles, individually numbered. Please contact us directly if you wish to reserve a specific bottle number.
This Whisky is not advertised officially with an age statement (labelled as N.A.S) or as to whether it’s makeup is single malt. This is due to the fact that during the Whisky’s lifetime we have not been entirely in control of it’s creation or storage. As such, we are advertising this as simply, a damn good drinking whisky.
